Field Office AI ("we") is run by Brad Roe. This page explains what information we handle and why.

This website

This site has no forms, accounts, cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The audio and video samples are served from this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

When you email us

If you email bradhroe12345@gmail.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and to provide the service you ask about. We don't sell or share it.

Sales emails

We may email businesses using contact details published on their own websites and public contractor-license records. Every sales email says it's a sales email and tells you how to opt out. Reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

Clients' calls

For clients, the AI receptionist runs in the client's own Vapi account. Calls are recorded and summarized so the business can follow up, and callers are told the call is recorded and that they're speaking with an AI assistant. Call recordings and summaries belong to the client business, and are handled by Vapi and the services the client chooses (such as the email address that receives summaries). We access them only to build, test and tune the receptionist.

Clients are responsible for following the call-recording and privacy laws that apply to their business and callers. California requires the consent of all parties to record a call.

Field Office Video

Photos and clips you send us for videos are used only to make your videos. Free samples made for a prospect are kept private, never reused, and deleted if you decide not to go ahead.
